Using This Website
You may use this website only for lawful business or personal purposes. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious code, overload the site, scrape it in a way that affects availability, or use it to send false, misleading or unlawful information.
We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time. We do not guarantee that the site or any specific tool will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
Website Information Is Not Professional Advice
Content on this website is provided for general information only. It is not accounting, tax, legal, insolvency, audit, investment or financial advice. You should not rely on website content or free tool outputs as the only basis for business, tax, legal or financial decisions.
Professional advice depends on your full circumstances. We provide professional services only after we have agreed an engagement with you.
Business Health Checks and Generated Reports
Business Health Checks, reports, infographics and related outputs are initial, indicative materials designed to support a conversation with you. They may be based on information you submit, public company information, Companies House records, public filing signals, public website information, automated processing, AI-assisted drafting and internal review.
These outputs are not audits, due diligence reports, credit checks, valuations, insolvency advice, tax opinions or confirmations that any public record is complete or up to date. Public information can be delayed, incomplete, incorrectly matched or interpreted differently once full context is available.
We try to keep the outputs useful and proportionate, but we do not guarantee that a Health Check, report, infographic, recommendation, opportunity, risk flag or observation will be accurate, complete, suitable for your circumstances or available at any particular time.
Your Responsibilities
When you submit information through the site, you confirm that:
- The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You have authority to submit the contact and company information you provide.
- You will not submit confidential, sensitive or third-party information unless you have a proper basis to do so.
- You will review any report or output carefully before relying on it or sharing it with others.
Bookings and Communications
When you request a callback, book a slot, submit a Health Check or contact us, you agree that we may use the details you provide to respond to that request and contact you about the relevant service, report, booking or enquiry.
A booking request is not guaranteed until confirmed. We may decline, reschedule or cancel a booking where needed. We may also contact you to clarify details before preparing a report or arranging a call.
Marketing communications will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy, your consent choices and applicable direct marketing rules. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
No Client Relationship Until Engagement
Your use of the website, submission of a form, receipt of a Health Check, report or callback, or exchange of general messages with us does not create an accountant-client relationship.
If we agree to provide professional services, those services will be governed by a separate engagement letter, fee agreement and any client terms that apply to that engagement. If there is a conflict between these website terms and a signed engagement letter, the engagement letter will apply to the professional services.
Intellectual Property
The website, design, text, graphics, reports, templates, workflows, code, branding and other materials are owned by us or our licensors unless stated otherwise.
You may use a report or output that we send to you for your own internal business review and discussions with your advisers. You must not copy, resell, publish, modify, reverse engineer or reuse substantial parts of the website, tools, templates or generated outputs for a competing or commercial service without our written permission.
Third-Party Services and Public Data
The site may use or link to third-party services, public registers, email providers, analytics tools, calendar tools and cookie consent tools. We are not responsible for third-party websites, public register availability or the accuracy of information supplied by third-party or public sources.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings, business interruption, loss of data, or losses arising from reliance on general website information or free tool outputs.
Because the website and free Health Check tools are provided without charge, our total liability arising from your use of the website or any free website output is limited to reasonable direct losses up to GBP 100.
Indemnity
You agree to reimburse us for reasonable losses, costs or claims arising from your misuse of the website, unlawful submissions, unauthorised use of third-party information, or breach of these terms.
Privacy
We use personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection law gives you a right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
